We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. In this case, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances. Cancellations are not possible if the product has already been shipped.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please contact our customer service team to ensure you send the package to the correct address.

Notes

• Custom-made or personalized items do not have a 14-day return policy.

• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the selected shipping company.

• If the return is due to our errors (e.g. damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer will not bear any shipping costs.

• There is no restocking fee for returning a product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
